Teach your employees not to lie. The way things were handled today was very unprofessional.
I took my Nissan Maxima to your store to have a tire repaired waited two hours asked why it was taking so long. Kathy said it had not been written up and it had been . Finally got upset asked to speak to a store manager was informed he was not on duty so I asked to speak to someone above auto motive's . I got an assistant manager while speaking to him he informed me my car was in the garage it was not it was still in the parking lot . I own four vehicles all four vehicles had brand new tires put on them through your store along with roadside assistance and insurance and this is the way were treated . I do not understand how they can treat people the way they do and get by with it . As for this lady Kathy I did not appreciate her lying to me .
