Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

Service is horrible. Asked for assistance in jewelry department never got any assistance at all.vwaited for at least 15 minutes. The woman I asked said it wasn't her department called for someone on intercom. Took off her vest and left. Never made sure anyone helped me. Never came back to see that I was helped I just waited and waited until I was almost late for work even while cashing out in self check out I was watching to see if anyone would come no one ever even so much as came to that department. Resolution Sought Maybe make universal keys or something so that any employee can help in different areas. You shouldn't have to wait for an hour to buy something. That's if anyone would of ever came. I hate going into this Store.
