Poor customer service!

After standing in the only assisted cashier Iine in the whole store for over a 1/2 an hour. Waiting for a lady to get over 200 to $300 worth of groceries rung up. My husband and I had were stopped at the front door and to show the woman standing there our receipt. I am a white-haired old lady on a cane. And my husband is a Vietnam vet, he wore VN his cap, we were singled out for her to go through our cart While the woman with her cart loaded to the top just went sailing out the door, We purchased pepsi, sauerkraut, bedding and a $17 watch. The employee at the door needs to be trained o n how to pick her victims and not stop the easiest people walking out. I've been going to that store ever since it opened and I have never stolen anything. Also your employees guarding the check out area need to be trained to see how far the line at the assisted lane was and open another assisted register. Cut the self check out line down and add more assisted ones, Better training for your employees on being more aware and present in their jobs.
