I don't see how the 12pak of tissue is $17 Damn dollars & then only allowed to get 1 pak

I don't see how the 12pak of tissue is $17 Damn dollars & then only allowed to get 1 pak but "GROUPS OF OTHER PEOPLE" emptied the shelves.but when my family & friends go all of a sudden it's cut down to 1 pack of freaking tissue per family. Families should be allowed up to 3 to 4 packs depending on "tissue packs size" larger packs should be limited to 2 per family. One isn't gone be enough when u got 1 male & a house full of females or males, males meaning father & son & a couple of females. I'm just saying
