Stop this practice. It's a rip off for customers.

My son took the car in to get a tire replaced on the 4 wheel drive SUV. The bay supervisor Mary told him he had to buy 4 new tires in order to replace that one. The tires weren't bald and had been replaced within the last 3 years. This is outrageous!
