I came to buy a moving box and there was only one in the size that I needed and it was damaged. I asked if I could have another one if there was one in stock or if we could get a discount as we would have to repair the only one you had on the floor. I was told by the lead supervisor that she could only discount 10. I found that unsatisfactory and ask if I could speak with her supervisor and she indicated she was the supervisor, I found that hard to believe , There had to be a store manager, someone above her in that building I dis also ask if someone could look in the back…she said it would take about 15-20 minutes to go back and see if there were boxes not brought out yet. I am not a satisfied customer Resolution Sought Tell their employees when someone asked to speak to a supervisor to get a supervisor. And do better on a discount for a damaged product or keep shelves stocked better Thank you
