I purchased a HP laptop that was defective I'm having problems getting it fixed. Your store REFUSES to honor my warranty and will not return my money, I demand my money or service my laptop. If not you will be hearing from my attorney. Resolution Sought I either want my laptop serviced or I want a complete REFUND of my money. Thank you
