Open the dang checkout lines back up and do their job!

My complaint is about Self Check-out! it's ridiculous that I have to check myself out and your workers are standing around, talking, playing on their phones. Jonesboro had 2 regular lines open with the line of at least 15 people in and the rest self checkout which also had long lines. We spend a fortune in your store, the LEAST YOU COULD DO IS OPEN BACK UP THE CHECKOUT LINES AND PUT PEOPLE BACK TO WORK!!!! IT'S PATHETIC!! I HATE GOING TO WAL-MART NOW!!!
