I had an oil change and when I drove off a few miles my splash cover on the bottom where they had to unscrew the cover was not refastened and got caught underneath the vehicle. I went back and nobody would address it until the manager was there. So I waited for an hour before the manager came and acted like I was inconveniencing her. The tech that finally got it done had to put bolt's because they lost the fasteners. Now some of the holes are ripped and is ruined. I bought this car in February new. I Need it replaced, and I shouldn't have to pay for a technicians failer to do the job efficiently. Now they won't respond to me about them paying for a new one like it was before they ruined it. Resolution Sought I want it replaced like the new one that it was.
