On December 23, 2021, I for a check from Waldrup V Countrywide settlement for 48.75 made out in my married name. I sent back the check along with my divorce decree that I retained my maiden name and that the check should be in my maiden name. On Saturday, February 19, 2022 I received a letter stating that they deadline for all reissue requests have passed and no further requests will be honored. I have not contacted them as yet so I would like you to find out what happen to my money. The reason for this investigation was done after I got divorced so they should find in the archives to see that information. Resolution Sought Send my check make out in Mervis Sookie for $48.75 and not Mervis Urquhart.
