Took my truck there, had it put on machine, paid for that. Troy said it needed tmc, paid for that, before I even got it home, truck started doing same thing it was doing before they fixed it. Took it back , they said it now needed a pcm. I asked for a rental until they found the part to fix it. They told me they didn't have a rental and they couldn't find the part that it now needs after paying 900 dollars to fix the problem the first time. Resolution Sought Give me a rental until they fix the problem that I already paid roughly 1500.00 to fix, gas for 4 trips to dealership included or reimburse me for what I paid for them to not fix obviously.

This is not the 1st or 2nd time I have had problems with the service department at Walker Jones. Took my truck for my blower motor going out. I was told it was my fault it went out? Called the warranty company they ordered the part for me and emailed Walker Jones. Took it in to get it installed with a oil change. The blower motor was replaced. Two weeks later my truck says needs oil. I had no oil in my truck. So my complaint is with Walker Jones Automotive Service Department. I have to take my vehicle there for warranty parts. But I will never return for maintenance. Resolution Sought I would like for someone to address the service Department for the way the conduct business. And to take care of their customers. Just be honest
