Don't take cases you don't want to fight

He called me to take my case I didn't call him. Then Craig told me to send him 2000.00 for a expert opinion so I did .he called me back and said he would just try to settle. He didn't want to listen what I had to say waited till statue of limitations was up then dismissed my lawsuit with prejudice without my permission .if he didn't want to fight it he shouldn't have called me and he didn't even tell me about a substitute attorney .he just had my case closed. If I could say with I really want to say I would. One day he will need help and I wish everyone will turn him down
