Craig walkons contacted me twice and left messages on my phone saying he was interested in taking my medical malpractice wrongful death case. She got one and put it on pole have a bunch of suddy bubbles inter wife's hand what made my wife have a stroke or cardiac arrest within second s. Nurse checked her pulse didn't have one ordered me out of the hallway . Didn't call code blue just left her laying n bed in the hallway no one helping her to breathe again 18 minutes later they start to hook her up to a ventilator. Now they tell me she's brain dead that I have to unplug her off the machine by law I have 24 hours. I tell Craig he tells me the medical expert from the hospital said she didn't die from a air bubble. She died of allergic reaction to a antibiotic. I seen it all and if that was the case they gave her the same antibiotic 10 more times on the ventilator. So Craig requested to dismiss my lawsuit with prejudice didn't ask me if I wanted substitute of attorney and statue of limitations is now up Resolution Sought Pay me the 2000.00 I sent him for a expert opinion. We didn't need a expert opinion if he never planned on fighting it just to settle and when they said all these lies they said I said he dismissed my lawsuit with prejudice without my permission cause he didn't want to fight it.i had everything on medical records to prove everything I said was true now my case can't never be reopened
