I placed an order on July 6th, and received an email on August 2nd (not in response to my own unanswered email about my order status on July 17th) saying that my order would be shipped by August 24th. I received another email on August 16th (again not in response to another unanswered email from August 7th) that my order would be shipped the week of September 1st. It's October 30th as I type this and I haven't heard back from the company. Resolution Sought Ship the product now and give me a legitimate tracking number or refund me my money.

I placed an order in early December, was kept in the dark and sent a random update once that it would take 15 days for my order to ship in, this was early April; it's now May, going into August. Resolution Sought A complete refund INCLUDING the taxes I paid
