This company I gave money to help with my taxes. Then I was giving more money every 2,weeks. The company never did nothing. Today I am still behind on my taxes. Resolution Sought Give some money back towards my taxes ...

Tax matters can be complicated, and we are equipped to handle a wide variety of them. However, the taxpayer must take steps to meet certain requirements—those provided by his or her representation and the taxing authorities—to achieve meaningful results. If these actions are not taken, no tax representative, no matter the skill level, can have any chance at a successful resolution. This is what we explained to this person almost a decade ago when our business relationship with her ended. We are saddened to hear that she may still face tax difficulties. We wish her luck in addressing them. Compensation is not appropriate in this case, but we would be more than happy to evaluate a reopening of her case with reasonable fees if she would like to discuss doing so.
