I bought a pool and have had nothing but problems since. I've called them the past 3 years I have had it about not holding water and this year the lining came down. They have not answered emails back or returned any calls. Last time I spoke with them the person that "handles" these things were on vacation and wasn't back till the following Monday and I would be out on schedule. It's been a month over that now and no phone call or fixed pool. Had no pool this summer and they didn't install it until end of summer first year. I have been paying on a pool that I haven't been able to use. Resolution Sought Pay off the remaining balance on a pool I haven't been able to use.

Pool was installed in 2018. Have heard no complaints regarding the pool until the end of this summer. Pool liner is no longer under warranty, and issue is most likely caused by customer abuse. Placed call on Tuesday, October 5th to schedule a site visit, no answer and no call back.
