Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. I live at Warwick apartments in Brooksville Kentucky 41004. They are in the process of evicting me and have been for about seven or eight months and someone told me to start recording them and I did and I found out now that I have proof of theft I have proof of bribery I have proof of being mistreated I have proof of lies and I have a lot of other proof and this is a lot of stuff that I have it's 8 months worth there's things on here that I can't even remember that are on here so if you want to contact me it's 6:06-407-8563 I do want this to end I've got a very sick wife we live in the elderly building on disabled we don't need this my wife is being checked for cancer and quite frankly the mental part on this the physical and the financial is taking its toll on us something awful we have a new landlord named April just come in last year and she's got a boss above her name Tammy which is relentless and no matter what you say or what you do you're always wrong I begged them to pay and I begged him to let me pay and they keep going up with different kinds of lies which if I didn't have these recordings it would be my word against theirs we did win in court the first time because they lied I'm willing to go completely out of my way to make sure everybody gets these recordings and I'm talking about new stations I'm talking about anybody that can help me because they're going to write up another one here real soon from what my legal aid. We been here 12 yrs. Resolution Sought What would I like to have happened is for them to leave us alone at this point we'd like to be moved to a different apartment over here because that's what they're trying to do is put everybody that's 62 years and older in over here in just a victim rest that's what the word is they have caused us so much discomfort and grief but now my wife is getting tested for all kinds of different things she's having chest pains again she's had open heart surgery we've been put through it I have recordings
