Wallstreet Realty helped me in the purchase of a single family property in 2013. I was somewhat hesitant to start the home buying process since the property in question was a REO. My agent took the proper amount of time to explain the process in detail and even provided a reference to a lender which made for a positive experience. My agent was instrumental in negotiating a property price that I was comfortable with. My agent also kept me updated about the status of the purchase throughout the whole process and every step was explained with proper detailed. All paperwork request were submitted and collected within reasonable time frames. And when question came up, a lot from my part, staff could always be reached to answer my concerns promptly. Ultimately, my home purchase was completed without any issues or major delays.
