Got an oil change on 12/24/25, after the oil change when I checked my car on the bottom of my car the splash guard was torn. They did not notify me of this, I only noticed once I got home. I had to order the replacement from the dealership and the cost was $402.00. They stated the car had an oil leak, they never informed me of this prior and it was not on my paperwork from Walmart, but it is there system. The splash guard had oil, but it was not caused from a leak it was caused from Walmart changing the oil filter thiswas statec by the service techs at the dealership when they looked at the vehicle. Resolution Sought A reimbursement of the cost of the part of $402.00

On December 5th, I placed an online order through Walmart. The order was processed, the payment was immediately withdrawn from my account, and I received a confirmation number along with delivery details. However, within two minutes, I received a second email notifying me that my order had been cancelled, and that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. There was no explanation provided for the cancellation, yet the payment was already deducted from my account. This practice—cancelling an order after withdrawing funds and then requiring customers to wait up to 10 business days for a refund—is highly problematic. I would not normally reach out in this way, but after hearing similar complaints from others who have experienced this, I felt compelled to express my concerns. It is frustrating and inconvenient to have my money held for an extended period, with no immediate explanation or remedy. This is poor business practice, and I urge Walmart to address this issue for the benefit of all customers. Sincerely, Resolution Sought Adjust this practice immediately. Revise its online policies.
