On December 5th, I placed an online order through Walmart. The order was processed, the payment was immediately withdrawn from my account, and I received a confirmation number along with delivery details. However, within two minutes, I received a second email notifying me that my order had been cancelled, and that I would receive a refund within 10 business days. There was no explanation provided for the cancellation, yet the payment was already deducted from my account. This practice—cancelling an order after withdrawing funds and then requiring customers to wait up to 10 business days for a refund—is highly problematic. I would not normally reach out in this way, but after hearing similar complaints from others who have experienced this, I felt compelled to express my concerns. It is frustrating and inconvenient to have my money held for an extended period, with no immediate explanation or remedy. This is poor business practice, and I urge Walmart to address this issue for the benefit of all customers. Sincerely, Resolution Sought Adjust this practice immediately. Revise its online policies.

I purchased a 5lb bag of White Lilly Cornmeal and a 5lb bag of White Lilly Flour , I received the Cornmeal in a box ?? not secured at all & 1/4 lf the product was spilled out in the box. Today I received an email from USPS the 2nd box was returned to sender because of insufficient postage , PLEASE I WANT THE PRODUCTS I ORDERED or a FULL REFUND. Resolution Sought Fulfill my order or a full REFUND.
