Possibly more training in customer service care and human decency.
Went to Walmart on Tusc in canton Ohio the workers there are the rudest I have ever met. First I asked a cashier if I could use my card at the self checkout to pay for my items she looked at me with a attitude and rolled her eyes and said I don't see why not, and walked away. Then I was trying to wait on my elderly mother I thought she was done and wasn't so I tried to wait in the area where the carts are because it was pouring down raining, well a worker came up and told me if I was done with my shopping I would have to leave the store. I explained to them what I was doing and they said there only allowed so many people in Walmart at one time. I ended up standing in the pouring rain waiting on my elderly mother to come out I was trying to stay close to the building and I was told that I was in the way of other customers coming in. I'm not sure what you guys look for in people when hiring but if they don't like people they shouldn't work where there are so many coming in and out daily. To be truthful this is not my first bad experience with Walmart when calling customer service they leave you on hold forever then I've been hung up on several times just to have to call back and play the please hold game all over again. I think Walmart needs to fire all employees and start fresh and be a little bit pickier with hiring workers. Make a dramatic change pay closer attention to how customers are being treated by there workers .
