I understand service animal's should be allowed. But not the others.

I'm old, but I'm not the only one that feels like this. Walmart let's people brings their dogs, cats, has also a snake, they put them in their carts the pee in them ,do their job outside for people to step in. I've been to other Walmart's n have not seen this any where else. I don't like using the carts where they have been, and then you go to the grocery store n the animal's are there I don't think that we should have to be subject to all the nastiness. Please help. Thank you.
