Poor customer service, trouble making a purchase using my banks debit card.

I went into Wal-Mart to make a purchase using my banks debit card my balance was $7.27 as I tried numerous times to process my payment at which it kept on declines as other customers where in line I had to hear very uncomfortable statements from other customers which I felt very disgraceful and embarrassed I have over $60.00 dollars in my checking account and over $300.00 in my savings my direct deposit from my employer goes in every two weeks and my payroll checks come directly from PNC. I would like for this to never happen again as i felt like i was totally under duress humiliated embarrassed and totally disgraceful to make a purchase using my bank card and it had nothing to do with the machine at their store because another customer used their bank card from another different bank also i would like a personal apology from someone from you branch please and thank you
