I have a warranty on my phone. Walmart says call the number on receipt, so I go home and do so. They say you need walmart to give you a copy of a receipt. I call walmart then the dumb redneck douche bags say I need the date of purchase so I tell them then she says well there is still nothing we can do sorry. It's an hour round trip for me. I will file this claim everyday for the rest of my life if this problem is not fixed tomorrow when I go to town. And I'm compensated for my time. Resolution Sought Give me a new phone, compensate me for my time and have the retard in customer service say they are sorry for hanging up on me.
