Honor their posted hours and work with their management team on their customer service skills.

I arrived at the Georgesville Walmart at 7:55pm on July 8th, 2020 only to receive money from a Walmart to Walmart transfer. As I walked into the the customer service area, they had already shut off the lights and were telling me they were closed at 8. I Kindly asked both the managers since it was only 7:57 if they could help me and the women rudely said "well we're closed". So she walked away and I turned to the male manager hoping he could help me and he said "we're closed and I will call security" I have worked in the retail I restaurant business for a long time and I have never treated such a nice person with such disrespect. I do wish to hear from the Store Manager and District manager on the other times I have been treated poorly just for coming in and shopping, I have not met one worker in this location that has ever made me smile or laugh during one of my many visits over the years. I actually ask my self why I continue to return to this location when the other customers smell terrible And the workers know nothing about customer service. After the many times I have suffer at the expense of such a larger multi million dollar Company, I can finally say I will never return to this location.
