I am still numb and confused by this whole ordeal but Walmart need to train their employees better when they suspect someone of shoplifting

I was accused of shoplifting at Walmart as I was about to check out my groceries I was approached by one of the attendant of Walmart she told me to make sure you pay for that jacket I replied this is my jacket she said the tag is on there I was a little embarrassed because I usually take my tags off I just forgot this time she did not allow me to pay for my groceries or scan the tag that will prove I didn't steal the jacket she told me you have to leave and you are band from shopping at Walmart I told her you are kicking me out eventhough you just accused me of stealing I told her I am going to customer service so they could scan my tag she was not having it she pulled on my cart she said put the cart over there and she said again you need to leave I was so upset it was hard for me to stay calm especially since your trying hard to ruined my good reputation.. I was so embarrassed at this Point. I decided to just leave and just shop somewhere else. As I was heading to the exit I was stopped by security and the manager they took me into a small office he told me to empty my pockets and take the stolen jacket off I was confused I said this is my jacket he threatened to call the police if I dont comply so I did then the manager said it's okay it's just our policy to check everything I so am glad she was there. he asked for my driver's license and he began filling out a paper so I asked him what is that he said am putting you into our system you are band from Walmart I was shocked I said no am telling the truth I said videos check the footage the manager agreed he was searching but he couldn't find anything where he said he saw me putting on the jacket . so the manager said check the entrance if she had on the jacket when she came in still he couldn't find anything so I said please check my tag it will prove that this is my jacket and she asked if I used my debit card I said yes so that will work she came back and it was proven that I purchased the jacket I was relief and sad at the same time I had to prove my own innocence they did apologize and they gave me a 50 dollar gift card which will never take away that day of humiliation and embarrassment out of my head. But one thing I know for certain that I will never shop at Walmart again....
