Walmart refused to exchange a pair of men's sporting shoe's. The acting manager stated that he needed a valid driver's license or a receipt form the last pair of shoe's returned. Resolution Sought A profound apology and a willingness to exchange the shoe's or offer me a gift card for the $18.98

I called Mr. Fricker directly and spoke to him on the phone when he sent the complaint and I told him to bring the boots in and he would be compensated for them. I alerted the front end he was coming in that day and how to take care of the customer. He told me on the phone that he would be there before I left at 5 in case there were any issues.
