Your staff needs to be trained on how to treat your customers. I am a seasoned customer service rep with over 30 years experience
I am very upset about my experience at my local store. I purchased a 16" girls frozen bike for my granddaughters birthday for tomorrow April 7th. I took all day for me to be notified i could pick it up. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a woman who couldn't tell me where the store pick up was..right next to her couldn't understand. Had to go into the store to have associate tell me where to go. I waited about 15 minutes only to have the associate tell me I had to take the bike in a box because there were none in the store. I found one and was told I'd have to come back tomorrow have it refunded and hope they still have it. I asked for a manager and waited 30 minutes found her conversing with associates . I am angry because I was lied to and treated badly by your staff. I am retired and disabled all I wanted was good customer service. They received an "F"
