I live in Columbus Ohio I have tried literally all day since early afternoon and is going on 8:00 p.m. to call the Walmart on South high Street and the supercenter on East main Street and can never get anyone to pick up the phone to answer my question about a product that was sold to me that went bad. I thought maybe it's because I'm in the city and there are millions of people here so I tried to call one outside of my county and the nearest county south in circleville Ohio and the same thing happened no one will pick up the phone to answer my question I tried to call 1-800 Walmart about five times today and couldn't get anyone to answer my question. Is Walmart about to close down or something can you ask me how someone can sell me a piece of junk and never pick up the phone to answer a question about it or why I can't get in touch with someone that works at a Walmart Resolution Sought I would like to be able to speak to someone from Walmart and ask them a question about the junk that was sold to me
