Have your people answer the phone!

As a handicap person I tried for two days to call the Riverdale store and they do not answer the phone, after ringing for 15 minutes someone in the electronic Dept picked up the phone and hung up. This is no way to run a department. When this happened twice I dialed once again for operator and just as I figured it rang and rang with again the same NO ANSWER?? Have your people answer the phone and when I did go in the store to have pictures developed the machines were not working and when I asked how come since also another Walmart was down rudely I was told " how the hell do I know".
