On January 23, 2022 I went to Walmart to pick up medication. The pharmacy was closed so I wander around the store until they open. I found a couple of items that were on clearance one of the items was ortho outdoor prevention for bugs $1.87 I took a picture of the price to show customer service in case of price discrepancy. I was informed that Walmart only allow me to purchase one bag I had three bags total. I call customer service to make a complaint while at Walmart customer service about Walmart not honoring the price. The manager Kimberly told me her word was final I asked her to honor the price on the three bags she refused. I told her that I will talk to the manager Brian the head of the store. She stepped back to where I was checking out with the cashier Jackie and told me she think I need to go to another Walmart I was trespassing .I was no longer welcome at Walmart I asked her why she proceeded to tell me that I had been threatened other customers and I asked her what customers did I threaten she said she heard. I proceeded to call 911 an officer Tollen came out to take my information . Everybody has a right to face their !Accuser however I had no accusers this was a made-up excuse. I received a call from officer Tollen after he has spoke with the manager Kimberly and she informed him " the problem was I was requesting lower prices and she didn't like the fact that I challenge her Authority when I said I would talk to Store manager Brian. This is an ongoing Resolution Sought Honor the price of the two bags a ortho outside bug killer. Apologize for the ongoing harassment from the managers at Walmart Remove the trespassing against me.
