There was no customer care from the employee who walked around playing with his cell phone.

My wife and I ordered our groceries on Sunday night for a Monday pick up. We received information that the order was ready. When we arrived all parking spaces were full the lady next to us said she had been waiting for over two hours. No one was putting anything in anyones car. After about 45 min. Finaly a employee came out. He was approached by 6 customers but told us we dont have but two employees and then said just cancel your order. There was no customer care from the employee who walked around playing with his cell phone. My wife and I tried the second time making another trip to the store, but the were still having the same problem. Give better customer service and keep customers abreast of problems, in other words just care
