The box was opened retaped it was horrible what did you send me someone's return

I place orders all the time I never received anything like this my last 2orders. I ordered purple body pillows the first one that came excellent the second one that came I was appalled. The box was opened retaped it was horrible what did you send me someone's return the box wasn't for the pillow it was used and it said something about furniture not a pillow the next order I place I don't want coming from that store you don't send people things in that condition. I was flabbagasted at what I saw don't ever send me anything like that again. Whoever packed my order didn't care how they sent it I was upset
