I bought 2 air beds from Walmart, had the receipt but not the box they came in. Both beds after 1 month of use went bad. They deflated. Tried to take them back and they told me since I did not have the box they could not return them or even exchange them. Told me to contact the company. Tried to do that 10 times , no one would pick up the phone and left about 20 messages and no return call I think this is Walmart's problem, they are the ones that sell this crummy airbed, and it does not say to keep box to return it I am so mad about this whole situation. The manager says you are just out your money The name of the airbed is Ozark trail I would appreciate it if you could get to the bottom of this as I don't think i should be out thus money. Thank you Resolution Sought Give me my money back or give me 2 new beds.
