If some one brings in there own shopping bag , put there grocery in them

I came in with my own grocery bags to carry my grocery out with. Was told they can't touch them and I have to unload my cart and bag my own grocery, I do not work there and don't want to, the state is making us to use reusable bags but you won't fill them, that is F'ed up
