Took car in on July 2 to get oil change. left Walmart and car started to smoke and stall and knock got about 100 yards from Walmart and car got worse went to O'Reilly's to get a diagnostic and their employee named Seth lifted hood and my oil dip stick was hanging 2 inches out of motor plus he had to screw the oil fill cap back on the motor. Oil was everywhere on motor he did the test and replaced the massive airflow sensor buy car kept knockings and smoking. I called Walmart then towed the car there and tried to say I broke the dip stick that's why they couldn't check oil in motor. I nor Seth did nothing to the dip stick but put in back in the motor they now have refused to even talk to me or settle the damages. Resolution Sought I want the money I paid for the parts to fix my car and compensation for being without my car for a week I'm a handicapped Vietnam vet and use a walker and have braces on both legs plus have heart disease from agent orange.
