Took my truck to Walmart to get an oil change and they stripped my drain threads. They noted it when I picked up my car and said it needs to be fixed before next oil change. Next day I took my truck to Firestone and they said they won't even touch it because whoever changed my oil stripped out the pan by over righting and it they take it out there is a chance it will not go back in or stay in. Walmart won't help. I can't even get my oil changed need new oil pan. I have all my papers from Walmart and Firestone and a note from Firestone stating what the issue is. Resolution Sought Walmart to pay the bill. I have quote from Firestone
