My 14 year old was accused of stealing at this store because he had a book bag and was in multiple places in the store. Hpd was called and searched my 14 year old son and his belongings and of course seen that he absolutely did not steal anything! The worker then told my son he was trespassed from all Walmarts. I went to said business to get to the bottom of it and the sales manager proceeded to try to tell me my son has been terrorizing the store the last 3 days but police couldn't identify him. I contacted Sargent Mathew's at hpd who tells me that that information is 100 untrue and they have had no such reports regarding my son. Another customer in the store witnessed this and again confirmed my child done nothing. The sales manager tells me I'm a liar when I tell him it couldn't have possibly been my son because he was home with me and has not been to Walmart without me until today. He then told me I was a liar that he saw him on video but refused to show me and asked me to leave the store. The Sargent denies ever seeing such video either. They have racially profiled my child and made false statements and it is unacceptable and poor business! Resolution Sought Remove the ban on my 14 year old child or I will purse legal allegation for: slander/ definition and emotional distress my 14 year old is emotionally distraught from this
