I went to Washington Walmart to buy a phone for my son. We picked a Samsung phone out. I had previously looked it up online and it was way cheaper. So I ordered it online because it also said the phone was in stock..I checked that with the Walmart clerk to make sure I could get it today and she said for sure yes I could pick it up at 3:42 curbside just like the online order said I could get the phone today for my little boy. Then I get an email that says sorry I can't get the phone today that I have the choice of to have it shipped instead but I won't get until tomorrow. I call the manager he said nothing I can do unless I buy another phone same as I just ordered online that the email said Walmart in Washington was out of stock.... so that means the manager said the phone I ordered actually was in stock just like clerk told me but I would half to pay for it again but he would refund me 10 bucks so I got a discount.. I hope this makes sense to you. My complaint is they promised me my son would get the phone I paid for today.. but cause of their lie (saying it wasn't in stock)I would half to get it shipped. To me another day this week...my son has cried since I left the store. They didn't keep their end of the deal. And they kept my money. I wasn't able to get it refunded . Yet he wanted me to come in the store now and buy it again.. so I would be paying for the phone twice plus more because I'm buying it in the store!but they just said n email I could not. Outta stock!636252 Resolution Sought The clerk who said the phone was in stock no worries of it not being in stock. Or the picker who sent email who said not in stock half to be shipped a diff day instead. Or the manager who said he looked up the phone that it was indeed in stock plentiful. I would half to cancel shipment..come back to store re buy the phone there then he gets the phone. I would pay for it twice when he already can't give me my money back today on the first one I ordered. Someone needs to apologize to my son.
