Bad lazy employees, and dirty, especially bathrooms

One of the worst Walmart out there. Never enough cashiers, baskets are not being brought in, and lack cleanliness. Wife encountered a "shoplifting" incident because the terminal locked up, was told to move to a new one. She had issues scanning a couple of items, asked for help attendant did not care or showed interest. Finished scanning was about to walkout and stopped by attendant. Searched her goods to fine 3 items that did not go through, did not ask her to pay for it. Police were called, citation issued for "shoplifting" for 30 to 40 dollars of goods, could of paid if asked but nope. This was 02/03/22, Court appointment or arraignment is set for February of 2023, we will be fighting this. Think twice before shopping at any "Self-checkout." Even their Cashiers has to be trained…sickens me when you opt to do their job for them and get charged when they could of asked you nicely to pay if it was a mistake. Should be NO STAR option.

Was thrown out for having service animal.

Thrown out of Brooklyn Park Minnesota Walmart for having service animal. I want that company to pay me for my issue and I want that associate fired immediately.
