First off Walmart decided to charge my card on file without my permission for a Walmart plus membership that I had canceled months ago so I had to call and figure out what email address was associated with that Walmart plus membership that they decided to do it on authorized transaction with my card on File. Then they decided not to let me add any of my personal other cards to use to buy food for my family it feels like a discrimination against EBT because I am a struggling mother that actually needs the help from the government. Unfortunately I don't plan to be on it forever obviously but right now I'm struggling really bad and I have two children at home and this is how I receive our food is Through Walmart delivery service, so I agreed with the service representative to keep the membership. However, it's been a week since Walmart has been able to resolve the issue of my EBT card being allowed to be added to the account I've never had an issue before and they want me to uninstall apps and wait 24 hours to reinstall and log back in and now it's a whole 48 hours I asked for a refund because it's been an entire week and it's ridiculous. I had nobody give me a call or an email regarding my situation. I've called in several times in the past seven days. It's ridiculous. The Walmart customer service agents don't really seem to care continuously get hung up on For asking for a refund for my Walmart plus membership since I'm not able to use it. Resolution Sought I would like Walmart to refund my Walmart plus membership since they're unable and unwilling to fix the issue at hand. Then I want everybody else to know that if they have an EBT card and they do decide to purchase a Walmart plus membership to not do it because they're not gonna let you add your card to your Walmart plus membership.
