I went to Walmart yesterday to buy a television when I got home I noticed it was missing the stand and the remote so I called them back and I told them they told me to bring it back when I got to customer service at Walmart supercenter in Beloit Wisconsin they took the TV out of the box and told me the serial number on the TV did not match the serial number on the box they would not give me a replacement would not give me my money back and told me I was trying to scam them they said the date on the TV was 2021 September they are trying to sell me an old television as a new one and then they told me they would not help me at all they even called security on me and made me leave Resolution Sought I would like them to give me a brand new TV that's what I thought I was getting the TV is 3 years old I bought it yesterday

Per consumer states; I was contacted by Walmart they told me to come and get my new TV I went and I got the television Jessica the manager of super Walmart in Beloit apologize to me so as far as I'm concerned the case is closed I received my new television thank you for everyone's help.
