I took my car to Walmart auto service to get simple 50$ oil change, which is now turned into hundreds of dollars for the damage of my vehicle they took my complaint and excepted blame but I cannot get anyone to talked to of when this money will be sent to me my car will repair but I don't have money to get it. I am 63 diabetic, I have 2 mentally challenged people in my home we depend on the car for food and medical transportation I have not had my car in a week. The person that is supposed to the touching chair of this cotton sent me a email saying. He will be out of the office till the sixth I find that to be Unfair when this situation does not take me Care of I was told by the person I talked to this morning that you are Not The Only One in this situation. I thought that was weird. I'm not concerned about other people. I'm concerned about myself. I did not ask for this. I just wanted to get oil change. They cracked my oil paint and then put minute on it to try to cover it up. Hopefully, I will just go away but it kept making oil. And I knew something this wrong. What do I do when you can't get anyone to answer Your question .can't afford all of this. I would have to take my rent money to pay for my car. I can't hear from them? When you call the 800 number 1 800 Walmart, April 20.Put you on, hold while I am writing this. I am on hold.35 minutes. I know no one is going to answer. This is truly unfair. Resolution Sought I need the money for my car at the least status.
