I send money for my daughter Walmart to Walmart they refuse to give her the money even though she shows them a state ID that is not expired and gave them the reference number. They say she needs proof of address. My daughter has always goes to this Walmart to pick her money there and the assistant manager Sam said its in their policy that you have to show proof of address. My daughter ask to see the policy he refused..I then call cooperate and ask what there policy is about picking money from Walmart to Walmart she stated all you need is a state issue ID and the reference number and that's for all the Walmarts my daughter was denied her money that i send her for her medication she is 6 months pregnant and she had to drive another 20 miles to a different Walmart. She got her money at a different Walmart no questions asked about proof of address. She asked if you need proof of address to the customer service that was helping her and she said No just state ID and reference number. The Walmart in Perry Utah should be more professional, very rude to my daughter who is ill, and just wanted the $40.00 to get her medication for her and her unborn baby. The assistant manager Sam was no help and he said its Walmart policy. But when I call corporate office they said something different.
