Customer Complaint

Returned Apple Pencil to Walmart in Ottawa,KS. Wanted to exchange. Was told I could not exchange. Then was told I was getting cash, never received any cash. Then asked about price matching the item I wanted to exchange for, was told we cannot price match. Also told they don't like to price match that so close to Black Friday. Then asked again about my refund, was told it would be refunded through original method (PayPal) . Check my PayPal there is no activity showing refund happened (not that it was processed and credited) it is not even showing up as pending. I can't find it anywhere. Resolution Sought I would like my refund to PayPal as the customer service worker stated.
