Train your workers how to work with the public.

We were checking out on Sunday an the casher that was checking us out who's name was Prince had music playing on his cell phone while checking us out. We were having trouble with credit card machine and Prince came around to help us with his cell phone in his hand very rude. He had another guy come over to help us and he was eating potato chips out of his pocket. Horrible service.
