On 4/7/2024; I purchased a king size heating blanket on sale for 30.00. When I got home and opened the box the blanket was actually a full size blanket not king size . I then took it back to Walmart on 4/8/2024 with my receipt. Because it was not what I wanted . I wanted a king size blanket .. they would not exchange it or refund my money., even though the staff mentioned that it must have been a return and was placed back on the floor . The manager stated that even if it was their mistake they would not take it back because the item did not match the packaging ( in other words the box stated it was a king size gray blanket but the item in the box was a full size gray blanket) l. Then took it home and I tried the item didn't not work on top of them not refunding my money . So now I have an electric blanket that was suppose to be king size but ended up with a full size blanket that does not work . Resolution Sought I would like my money back at this point . I find it in poor business that here I thought I purchased one thing but ended up with something else . I never return anything so returning stuff is not a habit . They saw I purchases it and knew it was there mistake but yet would not honor the fact that I should get m money back .
