I bought a TV 58" hisense. When I got home screen was damaged. Returned TV for an exchange of same TV they said I could not return TV because I bought it during Black Friday. Now I have to buy same TV for more. When I wanted a simple exchange. Resolution Sought I just wanted the same TV I bought yesterday, swapped for one that is NOT broken.
