December 2022. Got all 4 tires replaced. Began having issues holding air immediately after. Waited to see if it was the cold. Made an appointment for them to check two tires. They only checked one physically and said the second looked fine visually. Replaced valve stem and had to pay. Still had issues with second tire so made another appointment. Again had valve stem replaced. Manager told me that the tire looked bad and was surprised no one told me at my last appointment. He also claimed that they didn't have the proper equipment in stock to appropriately do a full tire replacement in December due to low inventory and what have you. I ended up taking my car somewhere else and had the tire replaced. I have contacted Walmart more than 10 times trying to resolve this. I created a claim and have not heard anything back. I sat on hold trying to get in contact with anyone several times only to be hung up on or redirected and then hung up on. I spoke with a few people who said they sent emails to the correct people to no avail. Resolution Sought I would like them to pay for the tire that I needed to get replaced and the valve stem repairs.

Per consumer states; I was able to settle this with the company and received $500 last week in the mail via check. Their communication was not good at all which is why they allotted me the amount they did.
