I am a bilateral below knee amputees. Every time I see people who are not disabled parking in the handicap spots. Nothing ever happens to them. The other day I got out of the hospital after spending almost three weeks. We parked in the pharmacy spot. We called no answer and my phone went dead, so we had to go in. When we came out one of the pharmacy employees was bitching about us parking there. He did not confront us he talked about it to the person he was delivering their pills to them the man was wearing a short white jacket and was chunky. Do to that I have pulled my accounts from there to Walgreens. I take about 19 pills and my wife takes about twelve. You lost a lot of business. We have started using apple Market for groceries. You need more handicap spots and have security enforce the spots. If you started towing people from those spots that would stop the problem. Thank you. Resolution Sought Change your policy of doing nothing to be proactive. Toy the cars. I bet people would volunteer to straighten your mess out.
