Disney had a credit card promotion, 0 for 6 months if you purchased a Disney package. I purchased a 2 day package, but the credit card still charged me the annual fee $49 ( agreed to) and monthly interest (did not agree to). Resolution Sought Refund all the interest and stop charging interest until 6 months has exhausted. Please help me.

I have contacted customer service multiple times and performed the process that I was instructed to do to make an accommodation for a person with disability. However, my 2 children and myself (annual pass holders of just the 3 of us) have a disability that qualifies us to receive their DAS pass for persons with disabilities, but they refuse to provide it because they state that too many people request it and therefore won't give it (this is to the people that actually need it). We were told to use the Attraction Queue Re-entry program and that we could receive a return time so my children didn't have to wait by themselves. However, this process failed miserable multiple times when the rides absolutely refused to do this. My children left crying. After this happened, I again contacted Disney Corporate and was told again that we would not be granted a DAS. It is unbelievable that a company is absolutely unwilling to provide their stated accommodation to a family that desperately needs it and is requesting it. We still qualify for a DAS disability pass, but the company isn't granting it to us. Resolution Sought Simply want the DAS pass for which my children and I qualify.
