I purchased tickets to magic kingdom October 13 for Nov 9 2022. Myself an family are down for the week 5-12 Nov hear in Florida. Tropical storm Nichole formed an impacted Florida today Nov 10. Storm was approaching Florida as predicted most parks closed but the magic kingdom. I do not qualify for any refund unless park actually closes due to storms etc… we went onto park because we couldn't change dates for this week… sure we could change to other future dates. Not an option for me… Raines all day at park high winds. Park decides to close at 7 for everyone's safety….. SAFTEY????? Where was safety the whole day…. I never saw it…. I'm requesting the park refund the whole amount… Resolution Sought Refund the 1178.00.

While I am certain that this email will fall on deaf ears. I want to stress my disappointment with my recent visit to the WDW resort and parks. This will be a long email as this has been the worst experience for my family. In December of 2021, we surprised our oldest son and his family with a trip to WDW in Florida. This was to be my daughter in laws and grandsons first time visit. I made reservations in December to stay at the Pop Century Resort. I made a telephonic reservation and paid the $200 deposit for our trip. Our initial trip was scheduled for February of 2022. We all came down with Covid, and had to postpone our trip. My initial call was disappointing as I waited on hold for 1.75 hours, only to be disconnected after the cast member introduced themselves. Frustrated I called again, and waited another 1.5 hours. I finally reached a representative and they were able to move my reservation to April of this year. After reviewing my account, I noticed that a $900 payment was missing. I spoke with a guest relations manager. I even went as far as going to my bank and having a signed copy from the manager stating that the money was taken out, but no one in the "accounting" department could find the said payment. I spoke with a manager named "Yoko" she attempted to assist with no avail. I told her to cancel my reservation as I was so frustrated as to where my money went. Upon cancelling the room, miraculously the $200 deposit and the missing $900 was re Resolution Sought I would either like my money refunded back to me, or equivalent. I would like to take my grandson so that he can enjoy the visit instead of me dealing with "uncaring" guest relation personal. (18 hours in total wasted).
